The trio is anchored by a talented female lead vocalist and supported by a robust percussive rhythm section, featuring both keyboard and traditional Latin percussion instruments. For events requiring a fuller sound, Sonido Latino can expand into a 4 or 5-piece ensemble by incorporating additional bass and saxophone, ensuring a rich, immersive musical experience for larger gatherings.

Sonido Latino’s musicians have had an eclectic musical training with professional experiences to match, ranging across Latin American, Jazz, Gospel and Classical music.

As individuals this has led them to perform on tours in the UK and around the world with artists such as Enclavegospel, Anita Wardell and The Ghana Dance Ensemble as well as at venues which include Ronnie Scotts, Bolivar Hall, The Royal Albert Hall, London's National Theatre and Central Park, New York.
