The function was held at Merchant Taylors Hall. We've used this venue previously and found the staff, catering and overall experience to be exemplary.

They played fantastically and I had lots of feedback from guests about how great they were.

It was a corporate sponsored event so the theme was based around our sponsors and their stands.

We knew we wanted to hire a jazz band without singing as it was for a drinks reception and would only be talked over. We also wanted something a bit more modern.

I found Function Central and the Midnight Swing jazz band through Google, I found the booking process very straightforward and wanted to book as the rates were very competitive and they offered an act that met our needs perfectly.

We were extremely satisfied with the band, the act were very punctual, flexible when we had to start slightly later, played a great mix of tracks and catered to the audience we had.

The service from Function Central was great, the staff were very friendly on the phone and I honestly felt things went extremely well. With so many other elements to worry about on the day it was great to know the entertainment went so smoothly and I didn't need to worry about it.
