Sam and I chose to have our wedding reception at Ufton Court in Berkshire – it's a beautiful, rustic barn, close to my parents' house and the village I grew up in.

We thought Beat Club were amazing; without a doubt the best wedding band we had ever seen!

I visited the barn on school trips as a child, and it's a lovely old building with plenty of spacious, gorgeous grounds for our guests to enjoy.

We wanted our day to have a theme that fit with the barn itself – a rustic, English woodland wedding. We wanted to bring some of the woodland and night sky into the barn itself, by hiring trees to decorate the barn and tables, along with a random scattering of festoon lights to fill the ceiling.

After browsing wedding bands in Berkshire and beyond, we chose Beat Club, as we wanted a band that would get people up and dancing and that would appeal to everyone. The super cool, soul sound of Beat Club, complete with trumpet and sax was just the sound we were looking for to fill our large barn.

We thought Beat Club were amazing, without a doubt the best wedding band we had ever seen! From start to finish, they absolutely entertained and there was never a dull moment.

They came into the crowd, got everyone dancing and were the best end to our wedding we could have possibly wished for. Adeola's voice in particular was just stunning! We have had so many comments from guests on how fantastic they were – they just blew everyone away. If you're looking for a fantastic wedding band, look no further as these guys are simply awesome!

My advice would be to book Beat Club and make sure to organise your day in a way that's personal to you – it's the little touches that guests remember.
