Where did you get married?

We got married at Tring Park Cricket Club in Hertfordshire. It's local to where we live and they were really good at accommodating caterers and the different organisers we were working with.

What were your favourite moments of the day?

The church ceremony was unforgettable and the speeches were hilarious and very touching all at the same time.

5 stars doesn’t even do this act justice... I wish I could have rated 10 out of 5!!!

Getting up with the band and singing my favourite song September was amazing and then just dancing all night long to my favourite music with all my favourite people.

How did you find Function Central?

We found Function Central whilst searching for local wedding bands in Hertfordshire. Although Party Up were based a bit further out, we booked with them as we loved their sound!

Why did you choose to book a live band?

I wanted a large funk/soul wedding band as have found past weddings to be so much better when there is live music.

What did you think of the band?

5 stars doesn’t even do them justice! I wish I could have rated 10 out of 5!!!

Words can’t describe how incredible Party Up were at our wedding, the lead singer's vocals are out of this world and he is such an amazing performer. Loved how he came to dance with us during the DJ set and interacted with our guests.

They even played my favourite song twice and let me get up on stage and sing with them! Such an amazing moment for me! They got in touch prior to the day and were so accommodating with my requests.

I didn’t want the night to end and all the guests commented on just how amazing the band were. Thank you so so much for making our wedding day perfect!

What advice would you give other couples planning a wedding?

Go for a live wedding band! In particular Party Up!! They are well worth the cost and had all our guests up and dancing! They absolutely made the evening.
