Where did you get married?

We chose Grosvenor Pulford Hotel and Spa for our wedding venue. We loved it as soon as we saw it. The grounds are beautiful but inside the hotel is lovely too.

We couldn't have asked for any more from Agent Smith... Our guests loved them and we all haven't stopped talking about them since!

We knew come rain or shine there were some perfect places for our photos. The wedding 'area' was self-contained meaning that we had our own private bar and toilets. As it's a spa hotel, this meant we weren't surrounded by the other guests in their spa robes!

We were aiming for a relaxed day, we wanted it to be very romantic and dreamy so we went for soft flowers and foliage for our centre pieces in a variety of jam jars. We added plenty of candles into the mix too!

During our ceremony we had Nery's Hewitt - a harpist from Wrexham.

How did you choose your wedding band?

We initially browsed Cheshire based wedding bands, but eventually chose Agent Smith, who are based in Manchester, for our evening entertainment. We were recommended them via friends of ours. Weirdly, our photographer knew them very well too!

We chose to book our wedding band via Function Central due to the band having them as their agents. We found the experience completely friendly and stress free - exactly what we needed.

We couldn't have asked for any more from Agent Smith. We wanted the evening to be a big party, for everyone to enjoy themselves and for us to have fun too.

Agent Smith got everyone going and involved the whole room. Our guests loved them and we all haven't stopped talking about them since! We're trying to think of anymore parties we can have to get them along to!

What was your favourite part of the day?

Our favourite moments were the ceremony, seeing all of our close friends and family together and the food! We loved the evening too; we let our hair down and danced the night away.

What advice would you give other couples planning a wedding?

Our advice to other couples? Book a band but do your research and remember you get what you pay for! Our dance floor was never empty!
